Summary: This position serves as a member of audit team. In this role, the Candidate reports to the Audit Manager at our Firm and participates in audit projects. The ideal candidate should be detail oriented and meet deadlines with a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct process evaluations of financial statements
- Evaluate internal accounting control systems, audit risk, materiality, and compliance with generally accepted auditing standards via inquiry, observation and review
- Analyze and review client accounting records and financial statements
- Communicate with internal auditors to coordinate audit process
- Report audit results and recommendations to clients
- Provide financial advice by studying operational issues, applying financial principles and practices, and developing recommendations
- Work on portions of larger audit and accounting engagements
- Participate in various job duties/responsibilities and special projects as directed by audit team lead
- Follow industry trends related to audits
Qualifications:
- CPA license or EA strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Tax or related field
- Second language (multilingual) proficiency preferred
- 1 year audit related and/or financial statement and accounting experience required
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills, and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to read, comprehend and apply rules, regulations, and code of professional conduct of AICPA

Summary: The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial statements, bank reconciliations, payroll, sales tax, and communicate effectively with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Financial analysis of General Ledger and Income Statements
- Reconcile client bank accounts to ensure financial accuracy
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual statements
- File and maintain client records and adhere to client confidentiality policy.
- Answer client inquiries regarding their financial statement
- Update accounting knowledge by keeping current with best practices, with support of staff training

Summary: This position serves as a key member of the tax team. The ideal candidate is able to advise clients on their taxes, while acting as a strategic consultant related to business analysis, managing working capital, and profit sharing for partners.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare corporate and/or individual client returns, adhering to quality standards of the firm
- Review financial statements for corporate returns
- Maintain communications with clients to develop longstanding business relationships, manage expectations, and ensure deadlines are met
- Prepare individual and corporate tax returns, review necessary paperwork for tax returns, and arrange for tax payments
- Organize tax planning and calculate estimated payments
- Recommend tax strategies that align with personal and business goals
- Identify tax savings and recommend strategies to increase profit

Summary: The ideal candidate will be goal oriented, able to communicate effectively with clients and fellow staff, is a quick learner, and is able to handle and resolve client complaints and questions regarding payment and invoices.
Responsibilities:
- Collect on past-due accounts and invoices through phone calls, emails, and direct mail
- Handle incoming telephone calls concerning delinquent accounts.
- Respond to and resolve queries from clients regarding payments
- Follow up reminders, invoice and statement send out to clients.
- Ensure the proper documentation of the collections process, update and maintain notes, with client accounts
- Research billing discrepancies and special payment arrangements
- Compile information for reporting of the progress of collections and accounts receivable aging.
- Analyze, investigate and clarify problem accounts along with Collections Manager.
- Monitor accounts with collection problems, and give updates to Collections Manager
- Report problem and/or doubtful accounts to Manager
- Monitor new collections matters for existing clients and/or write-off issues.
- Handle other job-related duties as assigned by the Collections Manager
Qualifications:
- 2-5 Years’ experience in Collections
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, and is able to communicate effectively in person, on the phone, and in writing
- Ability and experience in handling enterprise-level software systems
- Excellent customer service skills
- Second language (multilingual) proficiency preferred

Summary
The ideal candidate will be able to responsibly handle timely and accurate preparation and processing of payroll transactions for Community CPA clients.
Responsibilities
- Preparation and delivery of accurate weekly, biweekly, semi-weekly and monthly payroll for clients
- Oversee payroll reports and payments
- Process Payroll on recurring schedule or on demand
- Collect banking information for direct deposit setup and initiate deposits on paydays
- Process and monitor garnishment orders and other issues that impact payroll specifications
- Reconcile general ledger with regard to payroll transactions
- Remit payroll tax to federal and state government agencies timely
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or concerns
- Assist in addressing payroll notices including contacting Federal and State agencies
- Performs other related duties as assigned (reports, analysis and review processes)
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related prior work experience, or obtaining equivalent degree in college or community colleges
- Minimum of 1-2 years of Payroll Experience
- English plus a second language proficiency strongly preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, on the phone, and in writing
- Previous experience with accounting software preferred
- Experience dealing with Federal and State agency is a plus
