Community CPA has a rich benefits plan for all employees. New employees get 2 weeks of PTO in the first year, with a month of PTO as the maximum for all employees. We cover 80% of all insurance costs. Our 401K plan includes a 3% match to your base pay automatically, without you having to add any of your own funds. We also offer a generous pension plan.

Tax Accountant (Bilingual in Chinese or Spanish preferred) – This position serves as a member of the tax team. The ideal candidate is able to advise clients on their taxes, and will be responsible for preparation of personal, non-profit, partnership, and corporate tax returns. Candidates will also have the responsible to review financial statements.
Senior Accountant (Bilingual in Chinese or Spanish preferred) – The ideal candidate is responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, assist managers and support junior staff, ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and provide advice and guidance to clients on financial matters.
